FUSION STUDENT SUPPLY LIST

 K-4 Student Supply List:

​

  • Extra set of clothes to be kept onsite, including socks and underwear (Kindergarten Only)

  • 1 box of Kleenex or Roll of Paper Towels (School Donation: drop-off in office)

  • 1 box of crayons - 24 crayon pack - label with student name

  • 1 pair blunt tip scissors - label with student name

  • 1 pack of glue sticks - label each with student name

  • 1 large eraser - label with student name 

  • 1 pencil box or pouch - label with student name

  • 1 pack of wide-ruled loose leaf paper - hand in to homeroom teacher (1st class of day)

  • 2 plastic folders with pockets - 1 labeled as TO DO & student name, 2nd labeled as DONE & student name

  • 1 set of headphones in large ziplock bag (these will be kept onsite in computer lab) - label bag AND headphones with student name

  • Backpack - label with student name

  • PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING WITH STUDENT FIRST/LAST NAME 

 

5-12 Student Supply List:

​

  • 1 box of Kleenex or Roll of Paper Towels (School Donation: drop-off in office)

  • 1 bottle of antibacterial hand soap (School Donation: drop-off in office)

  • 1 box/pack of colored pencils (8-12ct) - label with student name

  • 1 pack of dry erase markers (4 ct.) - label with student name

  • 1 pack of highlighters (2 ct.) - label with student name

  • 1 pair of scissors - label with student name

  • 1 pack of glue sticks - label with student name

  • 1 large eraser

  • 1 white-out - label with student name

  • 1 pencil box or pouch - label with student name

  • 1 pack index cards (100 count)

  • 2 packs of college-ruled loose leaf paper - add to 3-ring binder and keep in backpack

  • 1 plastic folder with pockets - label with student name

  • Total of 20 binder divider pages with tabs 

  • 1 set of wired headphones or earbuds in large ziplock bag; labeled with student first/last name (these will be kept onsite in computer lab)

  • Backpack (we recommend a large rolling backpack, though it is not required) - label with student name

  • PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING WITH STUDENT NAME

 

Additional Supplies needed by Grade:

​

  • 8th-12th: 1 stack regular Post It sticky notes (100 count) 

  • 8th-9th: 1 binder 1 to 1 1/2” wide with three rings, any color with clear sleeve cover; keep in backpack w/college ruled lined paper

  • PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING WITH STUDENT NAME

 

Math 8/7 & Algebra ½:

​

  • 2 grid notebooks. One for notes and one for homework.

  • PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING WITH STUDENT NAME

 

Algebra 1 & 2:

Geometry:

​

  • Please have a straight edge ruler, math compass, and protractor. 

  • TI-84 Plus calculator may be helpful but not necessary.
