For OVA Funded: Students can enroll in partnership classes. Then to get those classes paid for, they must enroll in Oxford Virtual Academy as full or "part-time" students.
"Part-Time": This qualifies your child for up to 5 fully-funded classes, including virtual electives.
Full-Time: This qualifies your child for 6 funded classes. 4 are core classes taken online. The other 2 can be taken online or at a partnership like Quo Vadis Homeschoolers.
These classes are paid for through the Oxford Community School District.
*Additional classes may be purchased by the parent.
For Self-Pay: Students enroll in our partnership classes and pay a per student/per class/semester fee. Although your student will not be enrolled in OVA, they still have access to all the same high quality class choices as OVA students. As well as the Haiku component.
Combination Enrollment:This is an option for students who are interested in taking more than the allotted 5 OVA Funded classes per part-time student or for those currently enrolled as a full-time student with OVA and are limited on the number of OVA Funded classes they have left available to them.
Read General Information and Policies manual. Then submit request for class enrollment(s). Please note that each student needs to enroll separately.
Look through Class List and Course Descriptions to decide which classes you are interested in taking.
Wondering what the difference is?
Decide whether you want to enroll your child in our program as an OVA Funded Student, Self-Pay Student, or a Combination enrollment.
SPRING 2018 Registration is CLOSED.
Note: Students NEW to OVA funding - PreK, K - 5th & 12th grade classes are available as
Self-Pay only during our 2nd semester. 6th-11th graders can be OVA funded.
Returning Students qualify for funded classes in grades K-12th.
